Kheema Samosa Recipe BY LAKSHMI Ingredients for Kheema Samosa Recipe Maida – 250 gms Curd – 1 table spoon Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon (Finely chopped) Green Chilli – 4 Mint leaves – 2 table spoon (Finely chopped) Onion – 1 Kheema – ½ Kg Ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon Red chilli powder – 1 tea spoon Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon Salt – to taste Oil – as required Read Here Kheema Samosa Recipe in Hindi How to Make Kheema Samosa Food Recipe ★ Mix maida, 4 spoons oil and salt. Make soft dough by adding sufficient water. Add water to 2 spoons of maida and make paste. ★ Clean Kheema with water. Cut onions and green chillies into fine pieces. ★ Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry them. Add Kheema, salt and cook on low flame. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curd cook for 3 mins and remove from heat. ★ Divide dough into equal portions and shape them into small balls and roll them into round circle using rolling pin. Cut each one into 2 halves. Take one half into left hand and apply water to its ends with finger tips, place other half over first one stick them together and make a cone. Fill the cone with kheema mixture using spoon and shape it to a triangle by sealing the edges with maida paste. Prepare all samosas like this. ★ Heat oil in a pan. Drop 2 to 3 or as many samosas as possible in oil; fry them on low flame until golden brown in color from both the sides. Tasty Kheema Samosas are ready.
