Handi Gosht Recipe BY LAKSHMI Ingredients for Handi Gosht Recipe Mutton – 1 Kg Onion – 2 Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon Red chilli powder – ½ tea spoon Tomato paste – 3 table spoon Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon Curd – ½ Cup Mint leaves – 3 table spoon (Finely chopped) Salt – to taste Ginger garlic paste – 3 table spoon Clove – 2 Cardamom – 1 Cinnamon stick – ½ inch piece Black cumin seeds – ½ tea spoon (Shah Jeera) Oil – as required Read here Handi Gosht Recipe in Hindi How to Make Handi Gosht Food Recipe ★ Wash mutton pieces thoroughly with water. Finely chop onions, fry 1 cup onions and keep them aside. ★ Take a bowl add mutton pieces, curd, fried onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, mint leaves and mix them well and keep them aside for 30 mins. ★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black cumin seeds and fry them. Add onions and fry them for 1 min. Add marinated mutton and mix well. Add 3 cups water and cover it and cook it on low flame for 30 mins. After mutton becomes soft add tomato paste and cook for 5 to 8 mins. Tasty Handi Gosht is ready.
