Your blood type defines what you eat ideally
Blood is the primary powerhouse which runs all over our bodies and runs our body. Each one of us has different blood group, some of us have common blood groups while some of us have rare blood groups. But did you know that our blood groups can determine the problems we face. Our health is directly related to our blood group.
Here are some bloody facts about blood groups that you should know!
Your blood type makes you crave for a particular type of food.
Type O: These people generally suffer from indigestion and stomach problems. They should take high protein in their diet.
Type A: They have sensitive immune system and should consume citrus and green vegetables along with garlic.
Type B: People of these blood groups release more Cortisol than others. They should avoid trans fat, oils and alcohol to avoid more stress.
Type AB: They lack stomach acid. They should consume apple cider vinegar and manuka honey to increase stomach acid.
Your Blood type is your personality.
Type O: These People worry a lot but are practical & organized.
Type A: They are kind, compassionate and put other’s needs before theirs.
Type B: They are outgoing, friendly and emotionally flexible.
Type AB: They are Rational, strong and don’t worry much.
