1.medium sized cucumber 2 ribs of celery A slice of lemon 1- inch young ginger root How to prepare (instructions): Prepare the ingredients by cleaning them well. Grate the cucumber on small pieces, depends on the capacity of your juicer. Prepare the celery ribs and check if there is some dirt left on them. Split the lemon on two parts. Use the one part and place the other in the fridge. Carve out the ginger root. Drink from the mixture once or twice (if you like to enhance the process) at day until you notice the wanted results.
