Don’t grind too much. ★ Take a pan and add sugar, 5 to 6 spoons of water, cook on low flame till sugar dissolves. After sugar dissolves completely add cashew powder and stir continuously. When mixture becomes thick add ghee, saffron and mix. Switch off gas. ★ Take mixture into a plate, let it cool. After cooling make it into soft dough with your palms. Keep dough upon butter paper roll it (not too thin) using rolling pin. Cut it to diamond shape. Tasty Kaju Katli is ready.
