Shahi Paneer Recipe BY LAKSHMI Ingredients for Shahi Paneer Recipe Paneer – 350 gms Onion – 2 Tomato – 3 Ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon Cumin seeds – ½ tea spoon Curd – ½ Cup Dry red chilli – 2 Cashew – ¼ Cup Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon Red chilli powder – 1 tea spoon Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon Garam masala powder – ½ tea spoon Cream – 3 table spoon Salt –to taste Oil – as required Bay leaf – 1 Cinnamon – ½ inch piece Tomato puree – 2 table spoon Dried Fenugreek leaves – 2 tea spoon Read here Shahi Paneer Recipe in Hindi How to Make Shahi Paneer Food Recipe ★ Cut onions and tomatoes in to large pieces. ★ Heat pan, add chopped tomatoes, onions, cashew, dry red chilli and stir. Add 2 or 3 spoons of water cover it with a lid and cook for 2 or 3 mins. Grind this in to fine paste in mixer. ★ Heat oil in pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin seeds and fry them. Add ginger garlic paste, dried fenugreek leaves, tomato puree and stir. Add tomato paste, cover it and cook for 3 to 4 mins on low flame. Beat curd and add it. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and stir well. Add 1 cup water, cover it and cook for 5 mins. Add garam masala powder and mix. Add paneer pieces and cook for 3 mins. Add cream, cover it and cook for 2 mins and switch off gas. Tasty Shahi Paneer is ready.
